Directions to Fairfield County Hunt Club (174 Long Lots Road, Westport, CT 06880):
Route 15 – MERRITT PARKWAY (PASSENGER CARS ONLY!!): Exit 42, Weston Road. Coming from New York turn left on Rt. 57. Coming from New Haven – turn right on Rt. 57. Do not continue on Rt. 57 – take left at fork in road (Weston Road). Go straight until you can’t go any farther, then turn left on Cross Highway. Go one mile to first stop sign – turn right on North Avenue. Go about one mile until you can’t go any farther and turn left on Long Lots Road. The Hunt Club is on the right about one mile – look for polo field.
Route I95 – CONNECTICUT TURNPIKE: Exit 18, Sherwood Island. Coming from New York – turn left. Coming from New Haven – turn right. Go about one mile to Post Road, (Rt. 1). You can see Bertucci’s Pizzeria on left. Turn left, then a quick right to go in back of Bertucci’s Pizzeria. This is Long Lots Road – go straight for about one and one-half miles. The Hunt Club is on the right – look for polo field.
Directions to Chase Meadows Farm (315 Mills Rd, North Salem, NY 10560)
Traveling South on I684: Exit 8, Hardscrabble Rd. At end of ramp turn left. Go to next light, turn left on Rt. 22 Go south on Rt. 22, turn left just before the traffic light on Titicus River Rd. At stop sign, turn left around the reservoir. Take next left onto Mills Rd. Chase Meadows Farm will be about a mile up on your right.
Traveling North on I684: Exit 7. At traffic light turn right onto Rt. 115. At next traffic light turn left onto Rt 22 North. Take immediate right onto Titicus River Rd.At stop sign, turn left around reservoir. Take next left onto Mills Rd. Chase Meadows Farm will be about a mile up on your right.
From Ridgefield CT: Go West on Rt. 116 to Salem Center. At June Rd, go straight. Make first left onto Mills Rd. Go over bridge and make first right to stay on Mills Rd. The farm will be about a mile down on your left.
